This data is subject to internal data protection policies however it may therefore be replicated across a number of servers and email repositories. Email Addresses and Names

We collect email addresses and names from various sources:

  • Electronic correspondence with us
  • Forms you may have filled in on
  • Online bookings you have made for events and tours
  • Other websites and internet pages
  • Publicly available databases

This data may be used to send you newsletters and marketing material about our services.


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. The comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Log Files

Like many other web sites, makes use of log files. These files merely logs visitors to the site – usually a standard procedure for hosting companies and a part of hosting services’s analytics. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. There are a number of links on that redirect to a third-party web site to allow booking and payment for services. Personal information (including credit card details) are NOT retained by Trevena Glen; refer to privacy policies for the relevant third-party web site for specific details.


All personal data is stored electronically on cloud-based internet servers that require password authentication to access. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep this information secure.


Cloud-servers containing personal data are backed up regularly to alternative electronic media protected by password authentication and/or kept in a physically secure location.

Paper Copies

Paper copies are not generally produced however in the case where paper copies are made, they are protected and secured physically and disposed of by burning or shredding.


Personal data transferred between servers use digitally encrypted methods to avoid access by a third party in transit.
