All about Farm Birthday Parties
What's included...
Trevena Glen offers farm birthday parties starting from $160 (for minimum of 4 children) which can be tailored with a range of different options. All of our packages are different, exciting and “hands on” with the basic “farm yard experience” including:
- An allocated area (for 2 hours minimum).
- Handling & feeding of our animals including miniature goats, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits, sheep, pigs, donkeys.
- Birthday party invitations
- The cost is based on the number of party participants (children) – adults can attend for no extra charge. The more children that attend, the lower the cost per participant.
Additional activities that can be included in packages
Tractor Hayride
An old favourite – enjoy a leisurely ride around the farm with plenty to see on the way – dams, paddocks, animal pens, vege garden, and of course the beautiful views of Mount Samson.
Pony/Horse Rides
The essential option for a horse party! Each child (number selected) is fitted with a helmet and led on a short ride (approx 4 mins). We select the horse or pony appropriate for the age group.
Jumping Castle
The jumping castle is made available for the duration of your party providing an ideal way for the kids to use up some of that energy! (we ask you to provide an adult to supervise while it is being used).
Alpaca Party Visit
Invite one or two alpacas (and maybe a llama) to party with you! Perhaps ask them to cut your cake or get some photos with these inquisitive animals. Duration is ~20mins
Covered Area
Book the party garden to give you a comfortable and private location for your party that provides a shelter from the elements. Let your imagination run wild with plenty of scope for those party decorations. The jumping castle is located here in a fully fenced area. For parties with a total number of attendees more than 25, this is the only location where we can place you comfortably.
Extra Tour Guide
We prefer to keep our tour groups limited in size so that everyone can enjoy a quality experience as you do your tour around the farm. If you have more adults than the supervisory ratio required who would like to enjoy the tour with the children, then you can purchase an extra tour guide.

- Select the expected number of children. See NOTES in the party booking information below to see why it is important to be as close as possible to the final number.
- Choose a date and time, then click on the rectangular “Book Now” button (directly under the price).
- On the next page, the additional options and their prices are displayed. Select the additional options you would like. Click the “Confirm” button to continue with your booking.
- Complete the order form by filling in your contact details and pay by credit card or PayPal. You will receive immediate confirmation of your booking by email.
- You can add to the number of children, and change options (depending on availability) up to two days before by phone or email – reply to the confirmation email. Refer to refund policy for reduction in numbers.
