All about Farm Birthday Parties
What's included...
Trevena Glen offers farm birthday parties (for a minimum of 6 children) which can be tailored with a range of different options. All of our packages are different, exciting and “hands on” with the basic “farm yard experience” including:
- An allocated area (for 2 hours minimum).
- Handling & feeding of our animals including miniature goats, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits, sheep, pigs, donkeys.
- Birthday party invitations
- The cost is based on the number of party participants (children) – free entry for one adult per child booked. The more children that attend, the lower the cost per participant.

Party Locations
Each of our different party locations have a covered area in case of showers ranging from the party garden with a veranda to our “room with a view” which is fully enclosed and air-conditioned. Choose one of these when you make your booking:
Party Barn
Experience the thrill of having a party within our stables, complete with wooden doors and an outlook onto our sand arena and round yard. The barn has a concrete floor with artificial grass laid out for the party. Two tables are provided plus seating. Suitable for party size of up to 30 people and recommended for children aged 7 years and up. We can help carry your party things from the carpark to the stables using our small tractor.
Party Garden
This is the only party location that gives you access to the jumping castle. Set in a tree-surrounded grassed area, this space has room for up to 100 guests. It includes a long veranda where tables are set up for you. Outdoor seating is provided for about 15 people. This location is adjacent to the fig tree playground area and cafe.
Pony Parlour
This cute little old-time milk shed sports colourful wall paintings and fairy lights on the ceiling. We provide artificial grass and a table for food. The large stable doors can open out to our asphalt paths. This is suitable for up to 25 people and is close to the cafe and fig tree playground.
Room with a View
This party room is on the first floor of our main building (above the cafe) and provides a beautiful view towards the mountains. It is a large room with a kitchenette and adjacent toilet, and can cater for up to 40 people. It is equipped with fans and air-conditioning if required.

- Select the expected number of children. See NOTES in the party booking information below to see why it is important to be as close as possible to the final number.
- Choose a date and time, then click on the rectangular “Book Now” button (directly under the price).
- On the next page, the additional options and their prices are displayed. Select the additional options you would like. Click the “Confirm” button to continue with your booking.
- Complete the order form by filling in your contact details and pay by credit card or PayPal. You will receive immediate confirmation of your booking by email.
- You can add to the number of children, and change options (depending on availability) up to two days before by phone or email – reply to the confirmation email. Refer to refund policy for reduction in numbers.
