If you need to change an online booking, you will need to send us an email with your booking request reference. We can do things like add people to your tour, add a horse ride, etc. If you need to pay more money because of the change, then we send a payment request by email. This gives you a link that you can use to pay by credit card or Paypal.
Some of our customers have reported a difficulty in making this payment using the PayPal method. We have asked our booking system supplier, and they have provided a work-around to the issue as follows:
To workaround this error have your customer select “pay by credit card,” then select “pay by Paypal,” and then select the pay button.
