What to Expect
Located in the heart of the picturesque Trevena Glen, our miniature train ride is the perfect destination for a family adventure. The track is 500m long and includes a bridge and (in future hopefully) a tunnel too!
As you hop aboard, you’ll be greeted by the friendly faces of our dedicated staff, ready to guide you through an unforgettable experience.
After the safety briefing the miniature train will winds its way through a scenic routes, offering passengers a chance to witness the stunning beauty of Trevena Glen and its surroundings. The ride typically goes for five minutes.

Your safety is important to us! That’s why our two locomotives are 100% clean, green, and safe. So, you don’t have to worry about dirty old steam trains, hot surfaces and burns!
To ensure a worry-free ride for your children, our train ride is designed and operated in accordance with AS3533.1 & 2 “Amusement ride and devices”. We also conduct regular maintenance activities to ensure a smooth ride, start to finish.
As our track width is 7.25 inches (184mm), we have both weight restrictions and age limits. Each passage needs to maintain stability without assistance. An Accessibility carriage is available (upon request) for those with low mobility and wheelchairs with dimensional restrictions applying. Please mention this in the ‘special requirement’ section on our booking form so that we can have this carriage connected and ready.

Train rides occur every Saturday between 10am till 3pm and some public holidays. The train ride is subject to weather conditions and periodic maintenance activities.

Our track gauge width is 7.25inch (184mm), as such both weight restrictions and age limits apply. Each passage needs to maintain stability without assistance,
minimum height is 60cms and children must be accompanied by a paying adulting.
Closed in shoes are required. Passengers must face forward, not lean out, or grab things and you must have nothing in your hands which includes mobile phones as
it can cause you to overbalance and derail a carriage.
Waivers are automatically completed as part of booking online. Walk in customers must sign an electronic waiver prior to purchasing a ticket & riding. Failure to do so
and yet proceeding to participate will be taken as an acknowledgement of the risks, conditions of entry and requirements thereof.
