What To Expect
Your experience begins with a short briefing from one of our friendly staff members, who will introduce the story and explain the rules. Once the door closes, your team will have 60 minutes to explore the room, uncover clues, and solve the mystery.
Some puzzles will test your observation skills, while others will require logic or teamwork. Working together is the key to unlocking the clues and completing the challenge before time runs out.
Each escape room can be played as either a Beginner Challenge, Intermediate Challenge or an Experienced Challenge. Please specify your preferred level when booking. If no selection is made, the room will automatically be set to the Beginner Challenge.

Key Information
1. Escape rooms are designed for 2–6 players per room.
2. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session time so that we can complete the briefing before the game begins. Late arrivals may reduce your available play time, as sessions must start on schedule.
3. Our escape rooms required Children to be accompanied by at least one paying and participating adult.
4. If for any reason we need to cancel an escape room session that you have booked, we will attempt to contact you at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time to advise that the session will not proceed. You will then have the option to reschedule your booking or receive a full refund.
5. We understand that sometimes plans change and things happen that are beyond your control. In most cases we can adjust the number of players or change your session date or time, subject to availability. We will always do our best to accommodate cancellation or rescheduling requests. However, if less than 48 hours notice is given, a cancellation or rebooking fee of up to 10% may apply to cover administrative overhead costs, particularly where we may have previously had to turn away prospective bookings. If you need to amend your booking, please send us an email at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
6. Escape Room 1 has partial accessibility restrictions in the second half of escape room. Please advise if you require assistance in special condition section of your booking.
