My colleagues and I supported a group of ndis participants on a farm tour in... June. There were a few last minute changes to our booking where we ended up with a bigger group than we had anticipated. The staff at Trevena Glen Farm went above and beyond to cater for our group. They split our group in two and for those who weren’t confident walking around the farm they brought the animals to them. Our group had the best time and we can’t thank staff enough for accommodating us.read more

Beautiful sunny day! The private tour guide was great very informative and... great with kids! would definitely recommend this farm for kids parties! Rachel answered all my questions prior to the event and was very flexible! Pony ride was the best part for the kids. They got to see so many different animals and the rids at the end was a nice way to finish off the daytime! The kids had a great time with the tree top playground. I had booked the pony parlour, a great location for the family to eat food and to mingle before the animal adventure starts!read more

My girls (2 and 4) had a fantastic time feeding and meeting all the animals on... the farm - Guinea pigs, rabbits, pigs, alpaca, goats, sheep, chickens, turkeys and we finished off with a horse ride for my 4 year old which was the highlight of the day. My 10yo daughter participated in their first half day farmer program yesterday.... She had an amazing time and loved how it covered all the animals on the farm. Feeding, grooming, leading, moving from night to day paddock, horse riding, holding the babies. The morning was a good combination of information and fun and we hadn't even made it to the car before she asked if she could come back tomorrow. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who's children have a love or interest in farms and animals.read more

My animal loving granddaughter had her 6th birthday party for 18 children at... the wonderful Trevena Glen Farm yesterday.She had the best day and was so happy and proud that she and all her friends laughed and smiled oohed and aahed at each amazing experience. Everything is done so well. Animals are happy and healthy. The attendants were so patient and kind explaining everything to them about the animals. The pony ride attendant was so lovely with his friendly chatter to each child which took away any nerves for first time pony riders. Very professional indeed. So impressed with everything about the day. This Nan had the best day too! I highly recommend this farm experience. Kids were free spirited and joyous the entire time. Perfect thank you!read more

We hosted our daughter's birthday here at the weekend and it was brilliant. Everyone was so attentive and our guide... Sarah was fabulous. The setting is gorgeous and we got to meet, feed and pet all the animals (favorites were the two day old guinea pigs). We shall be back for future visits for sure. Highly recommend a trip!read more

We joined the two hour NDIS program and loved that the girls could select how they wanted to use that time. They were... able to pick which animals to work with and were able to interact as much, or as little as they felt comfortable. The two lovely ladies who showed us the farm were both great with the children and could share lots of info about all the animals.The location is stunning with beautiful views to Mount Samson. Katie and staff are fantastic; friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Always organized and horses are very well taken... care of. Safety is always considered without making kids risk averse. We never have cancelled lessons or have to wait or had horses switched on us without good reason. Skye is a lovely and exciting riding coach as per my daughter who did a pony camp. We always love visiting Trevena as the riding and farm experience are top notch. The gardens are beautiful too. Trevena Glen is one of our favourite gems to visit.read more

What a fabulous little farm this is, we have now hosted 2 events at the farm and I cannot recommend the farm and staff... highly enough. Each time I have taken a large group and nothing has been to much trouble, the ladies are amazing with the kids and keep them engaged and captivated. Our family had the "best day ever" as declared by our three children on a tour and horse ride at Trevena Glen Farm.... Every staff member we came across was happy and enthusiastic to chat. We were treated like part of the family and our children 6, 8, 11 loved the opportunity to experience some of the jobs on a real farm. The alpaca walk was definitely a highlight! Recommend Trevena Glen Farm 1000 times over, they are amazing people!My partner lost her horse Boondock a few years... back due to matters that were out of our hands. Long story short, Boondock ended up at Trevena Glen Farms and he is the happiest he has ever been, and this is the best place in the world for him. My partner hasn't seen Boondock (Moon) in over 3 years and i managed to organise a visit with the help of Katie at Trevena. The staff let us come by for 2 hours to catch up with boondock and even let us have a ride. These people are amazing, taking time out of their busy days to help us out.We are so happy Boondock happened to end up here, and we can see the staff care about all their animals all clients. They are amazing.read more

We visited Trevena Glen this afternoon with our 2 young children (4yo&3month old). We had the most amazing experience!... We participated in the farm experience and were lucky enough to be the only ones doing it today. Our farm guide Maddy was so lovely and patient with our 4 yo. We got to see, feed and pat all the animals. Our son even followed Maddy around moving the donkeys, goats, sheep and mini horses to different areas on the farm and helped prepare the food for the animals as well as feed them! He then went on a horse ride with Katie and had just as much fun. Katie took him for a 15minute bushwalk on the horse and even got the horse to ‘go faster’ at the end of the ride at his request. Such a lucky boy! The whole experience was just fantastic and I can’t recommend it enough! We will be back! Thank you, thank you, thank you Trevena Glen team!read more

We were on camping there on this Easter, so these are a few things which might be useful to others when they're... planning their trip: excursion to farm/animals is available only once a day, so you cannot pet animals in other time. Farm camping is not very big: one site is located in the centre, close to all amenities, around 7 places available. Another location-in 5 min walk, approximately 300 m distance from toilets, shower. Kitchen offers hot water 24/7. Staff is kind and ready to help.read more

Had a great morning at the open farm with my 2 year old! She keeps telling me "go back again soon!" Loved all of the... animals and the staff were so friendly. Everything was well organized, perfect number of people and plenty of staff to help the children pat the animals. The pony ride and horse brushing were her favourite!read more

Since we are a registered NDIS provider we have a formal incidents and complaints management system that has been audited against the stringent NDIS requirements.
