We’ve Got You Covered
Why Rain Can’t Stop the Fun at Trevena Glen Farm
Queensland weather can be unpredictable, but the good news is that rainy days aren’t the end of your farm adventure!
At Trevena Glen Farm, we have plenty of undercover and indoor areas so our tours, excursions and NDIS sessions can still go ahead comfortably in most wet weather conditions. Our central animal shelter makes it easy to stay dry whilst engaging with almost all our large animals, with both feeding and grooming available for the alpacas, goats, sheep and donkeys. A covered tack shed, alongwith a newly constructed shelter adjacent to the pig pen, means even our horse grooming and pig experiences remain dry. Who doesn’t love seeing a pig wallow in its rainy mud puddles?! Plus, the shelter provides a stunning view of the mist-clothed mountain vistas beyond!
